1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing our integration pathways, cloud platform, and predictive database layers, you consent to fulfill the programmatic rules described below. If you reject any requirement, platform privileges will disconnect.
2. Services Description
AINSOL Technologies provisions high-throughput structural caching, predictive pipeline orchestration, and secure container routing layers. We reserve the exclusive right to alter platform thresholds and deploy systemic version upgrades at our discretion.
3. User Obligations
All active operations must strictly preserve security integrity parameters. Exploitation of caching bandwidth, unauthorized pen-testing of diagnostic layers, and programmatic credential harvesting are explicitly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
The AINSOL software suite, algorithmic routing scripts, brand layouts, and technical documentation are owned solely by AINSOL Technologies. Users receive temporary non-transferable access tokens and explicitly retain zero property rights until final milestone fulfillment.
5. Limitation of Liability
AINSOL Technologies will not be held liable for internal pipeline interruptions, cache degradation, upstream structural failures, or data losses arising from integration configurations managed externally by the user.
6. Governing Law
These regulatory clauses are structured and supervised under the judicial framework of the State of California, with exclusive legal venue designated in the state courts of San Francisco.
